Solace Women’s Care a State-of-the-arts Obstetrics and Gynecology office in Conroe, has an opening for an experienced mid level provider. At Solace Women’s Care we highly value our patients and seek to go above and beyond to provide exceptional care. As a provider, you will be a vital part of the team that is focused on providing an excellent experience for its patients.
We are looking for a Physician assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Certified Midwife with prior women’s health experience to join us. We are a small practice, yet busy and growing. Experience with office procedures such as endometrial biopsy, IUDs and Nexplanon preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and meticulous documentation. Required:
Current Texas license/certification as:
- Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- Physician Assistant (PA)
- Prescriptive authority in Texas or eligibility to obtain
- Commitment to patient-centered and culturally responsive care
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients according to established clinical guidelines
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Perform, order, and interpret diagnostic studies and procedures
- Provide preventive care, counseling, and education
- Coordinate referrals and specialty care as appropriate
Documentation & Care Management
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Review laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic reports in a timely manner
- Develop care plans and monitor outcomes
- Follow evidence-based standards of care
