Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Job Opportunity- Palmetto Pediatrics of the Lowcountry
Coastal Pediatrician Opportunity – Hilton Head Island & Bluffton, South Carolina
About Our Practice:
Palmetto Pediatrics of the Lowcountry was established in 2002 and included two locations: our main office in Bluffton and a satellite office on Hilton Head Island. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a 100% outpatient position designed for providers who value excellent patient care, work-life balance, supportive team culture, and long-term stability.
About the Position and Benefits:
· 100% outpatient pediatrics. We see newborns to young adults. Wellness visits, same day visits, and mental health comprise majority of the visits.
· Onsite lab with CLIA-waived point of care testing.
· After hours call: phone call only. We use a nurse triage service, with provider backup.
· Full or part-time position available. Shifts are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Saturdays, 9am-noon.
· Competitive base salary plus productivity bonuses and Saturday pay differential.
· Office Practicum EHR with robust support and option of AI-enabled documentation and workflow tools integrated.

What we are seeking:
· Qualified Pediatric NP or PA with unrestricted license and 3+years outpatient pediatric experience.
· Strong clinical acumen.
