About the Role
Subsurface Technologies, Inc. (STI) is a regional well and pump service company delivering specialized, 100% environmentally sound well rehabilitation and a full range of pump services. We’ve proudly served water supply and environmental clients for over 30 years — and we’re growing fast in New Jersey. We’re looking for experienced Master and Journeyman Drillers to join our crew.

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Master Well Drillers and Journeyman Drillers
- Background in the groundwater, water supply, or environmental industry
- Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work
Location & Travel
- Approximately 75% of the work is performed in New Jersey
- Occasional overnight travel required
Pay: $30.00 – $60.00 per hour
