Join a Premier Luxury MedSpa in Virginia Beach
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our luxury medical spa team. Responsibilities
- Perform advanced cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Draw blood and establish IV access for wellness and regenerative therapies
- Evaluate and manage patients receiving GLP-1 weight management medications
- Assess and manage Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) patients
- Recommend and oversee peptide therapy protocols
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and comply with all Virginia regulations
- Deliver a five-star patient experience from consultation through follow-up
- Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to ensure outstanding outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on aesthetic injector experience (required)
- Expert knowledge of facial anatomy and cosmetic injection techniques
- Experience drawing blood and starting IVs
- Working knowledge of:
- GLP-1 medications
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
- Peptide therapies
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Professional appearance and commitment to delivering luxury-level patient care
- Strong attention to detail and ability to build lasting patient relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end medspa or cosmetic practice
- Familiarity with regenerative and wellness treatments
- Strong patient retention and sales abilities
- Passion for continuing education and staying current with aesthetic trends
