Overview
High Mountain Orthopedics LLC, a well established orthopedic practice in Wayne, NJ is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide physician assistant services in both hospitals and in-office patient care settings
- Assist with patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under physician supervision
- Support surgical an in-office procedural care as needed (eg., PRP and related procedures)
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation consistent with practice and regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with physicians, administrative staff and support personnel
Qualifications
- Current NJ Physician Assistant License (or eligible)
- Prior Orthopedic experience is strongly preferred
- Comfortable with a minimum 40-hour/week schedule covering both office hours and hospital rounds
- Strong communication skills and bedside manners a must
- Team-oriented, able to work independently within a defined scope of practice
