Pacific Northwest Dermatology is seeking a fellowship-trained Dermatologist/Dermatopathologist to join our physician-owned practice in a unique hybrid role combining clinical dermatology and dermatopathology.

Compensation: Starting at $350,000+ with uncapped earning potential.
Practice Both Patient Care and Dermatopathology.
This is an exciting opportunity to help us expand into in-house dermatopathology while maintaining an active clinical practice. Rather than choosing between the microscope and the exam room, you’ll have the flexibility to continue practicing both.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys collaboration and wants to have meaningful input as we develop this service line. Your expertise will help shape how the program evolves, while our leadership team manages the operational, administrative, and compliance aspects of implementation.
Depending on your preferences and workflow, there may also be flexibility for a portion of the dermatopathology responsibilities to be performed remotely.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of medical dermatology conditions
- Perform office-based dermatologic surgery and excisions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care
Dermatopathology Responsibilities
- Interpret dermatopathology specimens
- Provide timely, high-quality pathology reports
- Collaborate with clinicians to ensure excellent clinicopathologic correlation
- Provide clinical insight and recommendations as we continue to grow and refine our dermatopathology services
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Fellowship training in Dermatopathology
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatopathology
- Eligible for Washington medical licensure
