Residential HVAC Installer
$29.00-$39.00 per hour, depending on experience
Full-Time | Thibodaux, LA Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (starting at 7 AM during peak season)

Key Position Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems and related equipment
- Install ductwork and accessories according to company standards
- Deliver a professional, respectful customer experience
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights
- Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship
- HVAC service or maintenance experience is a plus
