Position Summary
We’re seeking a part-time Physician Assistant to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for a PA with strong foundational experience in hormone optimization/HRT who is looking to expand into the growing fields of longevity and regenerative medicine. All protocols are developed and implemented under physician-directed collaborative practice, with Dr. Nabity serving as reviewing/supervising physician.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, intakes, and follow-up visits for hormone optimization and longevity programs
- Interpret comprehensive lab panels (hormone, metabolic, lipid, inflammatory markers) and build individualized treatment recommendations
- Manage hormone replacement therapy protocols (testosterone, estrogen/progesterone, thyroid) for male and female patients
- Support peptide therapy, IV nutrient therapy, and supplement protocol management within approved clinical guidelines
- Document patient encounters and treatment plans in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with Dr. Nabity on protocol review and physician sign-off for all patient treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment rationale, expected outcomes, and evidence-based risk/benefit considerations
- Monitor patient progress and adjust protocols based on follow-up labs and clinical response
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the State of Michigan
- NCCPA certification in good standing
- Demonstrated clinical experience in hormone therapy/HRT management (required)
- Strong understanding of lab interpretation and diagnostic reasoning
- Excellent patient communication skills and comfort with a concierge-style, high-touch care model
- Ability to work collaboratively within a physician-directed practice model
Preferred Qualifications (a plus, not required)
- Experience with peptide therapy protocols
- Experience with IV nutrient/vitamin therapy administration and oversight
- Background in nutrition and/or functional medicine
- Familiarity with supplement/nutraceutical protocols
- Prior experience in a longevity, aesthetics, wellness, or concierge medicine setting
Schedule
Part-time; days/hours flexible and negotiable based on candidate availability and clinic patient volume.
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
