About Us
MKR Medical, P.C. is a growing Primary Care & Cardiology practice serving the Brooklyn community. We are expanding into a brand-new, modern medical office in Prospect Lefferts Gardens and are looking for compassionate, motivated providers who are passionate about delivering exceptional outpatient care. We currently have TWO exciting opportunities available: Part-Time: 2–3 days per week (our ideal schedule includes Tuesdays and Thursdays, but we are flexible for the right candidate). Full-Time: Available for the right candidate. If you enjoy building long-term relationships with patients, working alongside a supportive team, and helping shape a growing practice, we would love to meet you. Cardiology experience is a plus, but providers with strong Primary Care experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
· Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient primary care setting.
· Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations.
· Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based care.
· Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
· Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with New York State regulations.
· Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices.
· Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
· Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, ultrasound staff, and administrative team members.
· Maintain HIPAA compliance and the highest standards of patient care.
Qualifications
· Active New York State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
· Experience in outpatient Primary Care preferred.
· Cardiology experience is a plus.
· Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
