Physician Assistant (PA-C) opening in San Jose, CA. Monday through Friday, no evenings, no weekends, and no on-call. Starting at $140,000 with room to grow as you gain experience. Pacific Rehab Consultants is hiring PAs to see patients in skilled nursing facilities in San Jose and the surrounding South Bay area.

The Schedule
Monday through Friday. No evenings, no weekends, no on-call. You focus on patients and we handle the rest.
The Role
You will conduct comprehensive PM&R evaluations and follow-up visits at skilled nursing facilities under physician supervision. Day to day, you will prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostics, develop personalized care plans, educate nursing and therapy staff, and document in Elation Health EMR. You will work closely with our Board-Certified PM&R physicians and a multidisciplinary team across specialties. This is a role where your clinical judgment genuinely matters.
Requirements
PA-C board certification with an active California state license and DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain). PM&R experience is a plus but not required. If you are a strong clinician who thrives in a team environment and wants to learn the specialty, we will train you.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting at $140,000 per year and increasing with experience, plus productivity bonuses tied to performance and retention. Full benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.
