Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of six physicians and one APP at Community Hospital of San Bernardino.
- Work alongside specialized team members.
- Work PRN at the sister hospital – St. Bernardine Medical Center.
Qualifications:
- Physician Assistant with 1-2 years of hospital medicine experience required.
- Candidates must be board-certified or eligible with the expectation of obtaining board certification.
- Current CA license preferred.
Scheduling:
- Monday-Friday swing schedule is 2 pm-10 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will work in an open ICU environment, though no procedures are required.
- This is an admission and cross-coverage position.
- The role utilizes Epic EMR, with access to Sound Physicians’ internal informatics platform for seamless patient management.

Rewards and Compensation:
- Full-time annual compensation for the swing shift is $165k.
