CONQUER, a licensed behavioral health agency, is expanding in Puyallup. Our model combines community-based care with telehealth and in-person visits, and our team thrives on clinical collaboration, mutual support, and serving complex, underserved populations.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Psychiatric Care: Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, including complex and high-risk cases.
- Collaborate and Consult: Join a dynamic team of PAs, ARNPs, psychiatrists, therapists, and Certified Peer Counselors who regularly collaborate on care plans and complex cases.
- Work Hybrid: Provide both in-person services in our Snohomish County clinic and telehealth services to patients across the state.
- Work in the Puyallup Jail: Perform work in the Puyallup Jail with our Puyallup team which includes a Registered Nurse, Medical Assistant(s), and Peer Counselor(s).

Qualifications
Required:
- Valid WA license as a Physician Associate or Psychiatric ARNP
- Clinical experience in psychiatric evaluation and medication management
- Comfort with both telehealth and in-person care
- Willing to work in the Puyallup Jail
- Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
Preferred:
- Experience working with high-risk or justice-involved populations
- Familiarity with community mental health or integrated care settings
- A proactive, collaborative clinical style

Pay: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
