What You’ll Achieve:
- Craft individualized treatment plans rooted in cutting-edge practices and evidence-based strategies.
- Help patients rediscover independence through tailored therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility strategies.
- Serve as a trusted guide for patients and families, educating them on exercises, safety, and wellness.
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to create holistic care plans.
Who You Are:
- A visionary Physical Therapist with a Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited program.
- Licensed to practice in Florida with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
- Compassionate, driven, and skilled in empowering patients to reach their potential.
- Organized, self-motivated, and ready to thrive in an independent role.
