Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team and drive successful project outcomes from the very start. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project plans and specifications, and collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Responsibilities

• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to develop comprehensive construction estimates.
• Utilize estimating software such as Bluebeam to prepare detailed cost proposals.
• Conduct thorough site visits to gather on-the-ground insights and validate project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales, and clients to refine scope and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Assist in contract development, scope of work definitions, and change order management to maintain clarity and control over project costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating with a solid understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Proficiency in estimating tools such as Bluebeam, and other relevant software platforms like Quick Books
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles
• Hands-on construction site experience that provides practical insight into project execution.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
