PAT Lead APP (Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner)

Career Details

• The Lead APP’s primary responsibility is to care for patients by building highly reliable, high performing APP Clinicians who are part of the Physician-APP team to produce effective outcomes for their patients and the organization
• The Lead APP is responsible for providing leadership of all PAT APPs (at our Summa PAT sites)
• They collaborate with the Medical Director, hospitalist Physicians, anesthesia team, nursing leadership team, and hospital medical staff to ensure the patient care delivery model achieves high-quality care that evolves to match the needs of the patients, the hospital, and the community
• As a leader they are accountable for creating an inclusive work environment, providing recognition, performance coaching and career guidance to the APP team and creating a pipeline of talent for the organization.
