About hol+ is Atlanta’s premier integrative and functional medicine practice. We don’t do rushed 15-minute appointments. We do whole-person care and we need a RN/LPN/Care Concierge who brings that same energy to every patient interaction, from the first phone call to the final follow-up. This isn’t your average clinical role. It’s the intersection of medicine and hospitality.
What You’ll Do Be the first and lasting impression of the hol+ experience ; warm, polished, and genuinely present. Guide patients through scheduling, intake, and care coordination with confidence and kindness. Assist clinical staff with hands-on patient care (vitals, injections, prep) based on licensure. Own the patient journey from inquiry to appointment to follow-up. Earn commission on wellness packages, memberships, and spa services you genuinely believe in.
Who You Are: Licensed LPN, or RN who also loves people as much as medicine. You’ve been told you have great energy, patients remember you. Detail-oriented, proactive, and never needs to be chased. Comfortable in a fast-paced, upscale clinical environment. You think more Four Seasons than clinic waiting room.
Qualifications:
- Active licensure as LPN or RN (required).
- Minimum 2 years clinical or patient-facing experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in integrative, functional, concierge, or spa medicine a plus. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits: Base Pay: $22–$25/hour ($45,760–$52,000 annually). With Commission: $30–$35/hour ($62,400–$72,800 annually).
Total Package Value: $70,000–$90,000 annually, including health insurance (employer contribution), retirement plan with employer match, tuition reimbursement, and commission on wellness packages, memberships, and services.
This is a role where your people skills directly grow your paycheck. Our top Care Concierges consistently earn at the higher end of the commission range.
Total compensation is competitive with hospital system roles without the institutional grind.
