Physician Assistant (PA) – Pain Management
Location: Glendale, AZ

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
- No nights
- No weekends
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
- Communicate results and treatment recommendations clearly and confidently to patients
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with practice guidelines and state regulations
- Provide follow-up care and ongoing management for pain patients
- Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and therapeutic regimens
- Assist in the management of patients undergoing interventional pain procedures, including spinal and joint injections
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR
- Maintain compliance with practice policies, clinical protocols, and licensing requirements
Requirements
- Active Arizona Physician Assistant license in good standing
- Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one
- At least 1 year of chronic pain management experience preferred
- Previous pain management experience strongly preferred
- EMR proficiency or adaptability
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
