Associate Production Opportunity
This position offers a significant production opportunity supported by strong patient flow and established systems.
Associate opportunity:
- $700,000 – $1,200,000+ annual production potential
- 25–35 new patients per month
- Established patient base with strong recall program
- High case acceptance supported by proven systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation: 30% net production (we take responsibility for collecting)

Clinical Scope
We provide comprehensive dentistry including:
- Restorative dentistry
- Crown and bridge (digital impressions, CEREC production, 3D printing)
- Implant placement and restoration
- Oral surgery
- Endodontics
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Digital dentistry workflows
- Adult Orthodontics
- Periodontal Surgery
- Laser-assisted dentsitry
Associates are encouraged to expand their clinical skillset, and mentorship is available depending on experience.
