Compensation & Benefits
- $125K–$188K base salary
- Up to $45,000/year in performance incentive bonuses

Core Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric-focused care including well-child visits, same-day sick visits, and follow-ups
- Perform age-appropriate histories and physical exams; assess growth and development
- Order and interpret pediatric diagnostic testing and develop treatment plans under clinical protocols
- Administer and counsel on immunizations and preventive care guidelines
- Educate parents/guardians on nutrition, sleep, developmental milestones, and safety
- Screen for developmental, behavioral, and psychosocial concerns and coordinate referrals as needed
- Document care using EMR tools and support quality improvement initiatives focused on pediatric outcomes
- NYS PA license + NCCPA certification
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
- EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
- FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
- Preferred: 1+ year pediatrics experience; bilingual English/Spanish
