Primary Care Physician Assistant (PA) – Canarsie
Looking for total compensation potential exceeding $230K? Our Bronx 174th clinic is hiring a PA role offering a $125K–$188K base, up to $45K in bonuses, and up to $5K sign-on. We use AI technology to ensure you spend more time caring and less time charting.

Compensation + Perks
- $125K–$188K base salary (depending on experience and schedule)
- Up to $45,000/year in performance incentive bonuses
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (based off experience)

Your day-to-day
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
- Create treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
- Educate patients on preventive health and wellness
- Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools
- NYS PA license + NCCPA certification
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
- EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
- FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
- Preferred: 1+ year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Spanish
- New grads are welcome
