The Opportunity
We are a growing Family Practice clinic in Odessa, TX, seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner from the Dallas area. Relocation to Odessa is required for this position.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No weekends, no call.

Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope family practice care for all ages: wellness exams, chronic disease management, acute visits
- Manage common conditions: diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, URI, UTI, etc.
- Order/interpret labs & imaging, prescribe medications, develop treatment plans
- Perform well-woman exams, pediatrics, Medicare AWVs
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and staff in a team-based model
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Texas APRN license with FNP certification
- DEA license and Texas prescriptive authority required or eligible
- 1-2+ years Family Practice/Primary Care experience preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to Odessa, TX prior to start date
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
