Job Overview
SolSip is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our concierge-based private wellness med spa in the Bay Area. This is a part-time, contract role for an NP who is professional, compassionate, reliable, and interested in wellness, IV therapy, aesthetics, and elevated client care.
SolSip does not currently operate from one fixed clinic location. We provide a private concierge-style experience, meaning services may be performed through scheduled mobile or on-site appointments depending on client needs, location, and compliance requirements.
This role may be a strong fit for either an experienced Nurse Practitioner or a newly licensed NP who is eager to grow in the wellness, concierge, and aesthetic medicine space. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Training, mentorship, and protocol support may be provided depending on experience and final role structure.
The ideal candidate should have weekday availability between 9 AM and 5 PM for scheduled concierge appointments. This is not a traditional hourly shift position. Compensation will be structured per client visit, with the possibility of a standby retainer or minimum guarantee depending on availability, experience, and final agreement.
Duties
Conduct client consultations, health screenings, and treatment assessments before services.
Review medical history, allergies, medications, contraindications, and client wellness goals before treatment.
Administer IV wellness treatments, vitamin injections, and other approved wellness or aesthetic services within California scope-of-practice guidelines.
Monitor clients during treatments and respond appropriately to any concerns or adverse reactions.
Provide clear aftercare instructions, follow-up guidance, and client education.
Maintain accurate documentation, consent forms, treatment notes, and client records.
Follow all infection control, sterile technique, safety, and HIPAA-compliant documentation practices.
Support a luxury, calm, professional, and client-centered experience that reflects the SolSip brand.
Collaborate with the SolSip team to help develop safe treatment workflows, protocols, and client care standards as the business grows.
Requirements
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Interest in IV wellness, aesthetics, med spa services, dermatology, holistic wellness, or concierge care preferred.
Experience with IV therapy, wellness services, aesthetics, or med spa care is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
Comfortable with client assessments, vital signs, medical history review, and treatment screening.
Strong understanding of safety protocols, contraindications, sterile technique, and infection control.
Professional, punctual, warm, and confident with high-end client care.
Must have weekday availability between 9 AM and 5 PM for scheduled concierge appointments.
Must be comfortable working in a mobile or concierge-based setting.
EMR or digital charting experience preferred.
Aesthetic injectable experience is a plus, but not required unless services are added within proper compliance, training, and supervision requirements.
Compensation
Pay: $90.00 to $140.00 per hour listed for Indeed visibility.
Actual compensation may be structured per client visit rather than as a traditional hourly shift. The listed hourly range reflects the estimated value of client care, charting, treatment time, and related clinical responsibilities. A standby retainer or minimum guarantee may be discussed depending on availability, client volume, and final agreement.
