Experienced Physician Assistant – Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics
South Tampa, FL | Per Diem | Approx. 3 Days/Week to StartPay: $55–$60/hour + Bonus Structure
A growing boutique plastic surgery and aesthetics practice in South Tampa is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Physician Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a respected plastic surgeon in a collaborative, high-touch environment offering surgical and non-surgical aesthetic services.
We are looking for a skilled PA with experience in both aesthetic injectables and surgical patient care who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and growing within a thriving practice.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current Florida PA license
- Minimum 2 years of PA experience required
- Plastic surgery or aesthetics experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Botox and dermal fillers required
- Surgical assisting experience required
- Laser experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Comfortable with EMR systems and technology
- Professional, organized, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Assist physician in surgery and clinical patient care
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments
- Support pre-op and post-op patient care
- Patient education and follow-up
- Maintain accurate charting/documentation
- Assist with OR setup and clinical operations
- Help cultivate and grow the aesthetic patient base
