Overview:
A highly respected, long-standing neonatology group is actively seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to support a growing NICU program across multiple hospital sites in Northern New Jersey.
This is an opportunity to join a clinically elite, outcomes-driven team providing care across Level II, III, and IV NICUs, including exposure to high-acuity cases and neonatal transport.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage neonatal patients across NICU levels (II–IV)
- Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation
- Provide inpatient care, rounding, and acute management
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary NICU teams
- Support family education and care coordination
- Participate in transport (select sites)
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling: 8, 12, or 24-hour shifts
- Rotational coverage across multiple sites
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary starting at $140K+ (DOE, highly negotiable)

- Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in NICU setting (Level III/IV preferred)
