Locums Neurosurgery Physician Assistant in Virginia – 7 On 7 Off
Neurosurgery locums opportunity in Virginia near Virginia Beach with a true 7 on, 7 off rotation and inpatient trauma and elective coverage.
Practice Setting
- Inpatient neurosurgery service for adult patients
- Trauma, stroke, spine, and cranial patient coverage
- Elective spine and cranial surgery support
- Coverage across two hospital locations
Schedule
- Monday-Sunday coverage in 7-day blocks
- Day or night shifts depending on rotation needs
- Ongoing block scheduling available
- Open to night call participation
Cases and Procedures
- Trauma and practice call coverage
- Drain removals and shunt adjustments
- Inpatient neurosurgical management
- Daily census ranging from moderate to high volume
Requirements
- Physician Assistant required
- Board Certified in Neurological Surgery
- Active Virginia license required
- EPIC experience preferred
