Part-Time Clinic Director (NP/PA) – Men’s Health & Wellness
Wednesdays & Fridays | Irving, TX
Join one of the fastest-growing men’s health and wellness clinics in the country. We are seeking a passionate, team-oriented Part-Time Clinic Director to lead our Irving clinic on Wednesdays and Fridays.
This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys combining patient care with leadership in a modern, fast-paced outpatient environment. We are looking for someone who thrives as a collaborative team player, values exceptional patient experiences, and is excited about helping patients improve their health, confidence, energy, and performance.
Our clinic specializes in cutting-edge men’s health and wellness services including Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Sexual Health, Medical Weight Loss, Vitamin & Peptide Therapy, IV Drip Therapy, Musculoskeletal (MSK) treatments, and PRP Hair Restoration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and wellness evaluations
- Interpret laboratory results and create personalized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and hormone optimization protocols
- Provide care for sexual health and weight loss patients
- Administer and oversee wellness therapies including vitamin injections, peptides, IV therapy, and regenerative treatments
- Support MSK therapies and PRP treatments for hair restoration
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Lead and support clinic staff while fostering a positive team culture
- Ensure clinic compliance with medical standards, protocols, and best practices
- Help drive patient satisfaction, retention, and clinic growth
- Collaborate closely with team members to create an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- DEA registration and controlled substance authority
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, wellness, aesthetics, or functional medicine is a plus
- Leadership or clinic management experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-player mindset with a positive, collaborative attitude
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes
