Part-Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician AssistantHormone Optimization & Wellness Provider
Title Wellness is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our rapidly growing concierge wellness and hormone optimization practice.
We are looking for a provider who genuinely cares about patient outcomes, values high-quality personalized care, and wants to be part of a modern, forward-thinking clinic focused on helping patients optimize their health and performance.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and follow-up visits
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Review and interpret laboratory results
- Manage hormone optimization and wellness protocols
- Educate patients on medications, lifestyle, and treatment expectations
- Document visits accurately within our EHR system
- Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to ensure exceptional patient care
- Maintain strong communication and professionalism with patients
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts NP or PA license
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for preventative medicine, wellness, and hormone optimization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing startup-style environment
- Experience in hormone therapy, weight loss, functional medicine, urgent care, family medicine, or aesthetics is preferred — but not required
