Flourishing Lives Counseling Center is an outpatient mental health clinic in Naperville, IL treating families with a variety of diagnoses across the lifespan. We are seeking a part time, full practice authority PMHNP to provide integrated medical care to our clients who are in need of medication support for their mental health issues. We are a fun, cohesive team of psychologists, counselors & social workers devoted to a holistic perspective, ongoing improvement in our services, and supporting each other in our clinical challenges. We highly value being able to closely coordinate and collaborate with our clients’ prescriber.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
- conducting thorough intake assessments of new patients with a wide variety of diagnoses, issues, and complicating factors
- providing medication management blended with appropriate psychoeducation & therapy skills in 25-minute follow-up appointments
- completing timely, high quality documentation
- coordinating care with therapists & other medical providers as needed
- administrative tasks that cannot be completed by our administrative assistant
- sharing your expertise & perspective in our team case presentations
- covering the patients of our other PMHNP when they are on vacation (this support will also be provided to you!)
Pay: From $120.00 per hour
