Healthcare Recruiters International is partnering with a mission driven reproductive healthcare organization to hire experienced Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or Certified Nurse Midwives for a float role across the St Louis metro area.

This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical autonomy, schedule flexibility, and meaningful patient care in a fully outpatient setting.

What You Will Do

• Provide comprehensive women’s health and reproductive care
• Perform patient assessments exams and treatment planning
• Support coverage across multiple clinic locations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Deliver patient centered care in a collaborative environment
• Mentor and support newer clinicians when needed

What the Schedule Looks Like

• Clinic hours typically 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM
• One late shift per week around 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 1 to 2 Saturdays per month typically 1
• No call or overnight requirements

Practice Coverage Area
Multiple clinic locations within approximately a 30 mile radius of St Louis

This role may rotate between sites or be temporarily assigned to a primary location based on coverage needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• $105,000 to $135,000 salary

Qualifications

• Active Missouri license or ability to obtain as NP PA or CNM
• Board certified AANP ANCC NCC or NCCPA
• DEA license or ability to obtain
• BLS certification ACLS preferred if applicable

Preferred Experience

• 3 to 5 plus years of clinical experience
• Women’s health OB GYN reproductive health or labor and delivery experience
• Outpatient or community health experience
• Comfortable working across multiple clinic locations

Pay: $93,096.41 – $125,000.00 per year
