Clinic Location: Orlando
Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing adult primary care focusing on the Senior/Medicare Advantage patient
- Comfortable with a small panel size and building relationships with your patients
- Average 15 patients/day
- Able to work with a Team who focus on Value Based Care
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active state NP/PA License
- Active unrestricted DEA
- 1+ year Value-based care experience
- Bilingual preferred
