Overview
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Women’s Health Physician Assistant, where your expertise will empower women through comprehensive, compassionate care. Duties

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments focused on women’s health issues, including reproductive health, menopause, and gynecological concerns.
  • Assist with and perform clinical procedures such as suturing, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and injection administration.
  • Manage acute care needs by triaging patients, providing pain management, and supporting emergency room or urgent care services.
  • Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic and eClinicalWorks to document medical histories, treatment plans, and clinical data accurately.
  • Support clinical research initiatives by collecting data, managing medical records, and participating in clinical trials related to women’s health.
  • Educate patients on health coaching topics including family planning, nutrition, addiction counseling, and post-acute care planning.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information and maintaining aseptic techniques during procedures.

Experience

  • Proven experience working in hospital settings such as Level I or Level II trauma centers, emergency rooms, or critical care units.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with EMR systems including Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms; telehealth experience is highly valued.
  • Strong background in acute care environments such as ICU (Intensive Care Unit), NICU (Neonatal ICU), PICU (Pediatric ICU), or hospital medicine.
  • Hands-on experience with diagnostic evaluation techniques like ultrasound imaging, catheterization procedures, airway management, and radiation therapy support.
  • Familiarity with CPT coding (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), ICD-9/10 coding standards for accurate documentation and billing.
  • Knowledge of infectious disease care protocols, infection control practices, and hospice & palliative medicine principles.
  • Prior involvement in clinical research or public health initiatives related to women’s health or primary care is advantageous. Join us to make a meaningful difference in women’s lives through expert clinical care combined with innovative practices!

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
