Join the launch of a new multispecialty practice backed by an established dermatology group that understands how closely rheumatologic disease & skin conditions intersect. By bringing rheumatology care in house, this model replaces fragmented referrals w/ true collaboration, giving providers the opportunity to deliver more connected, effective care.
Details:
- Practice independently while working within a collaborative model that includes regular support & input
- Evaluate & manage a broad range of rheumatologic conditions, including inflammatory arthritis (RA, PsA), connective tissue disease, autoimmune disorders, & chronic joint/systemic pain
- Co manage complex, multisystem patients alongside gastroenterology, endocrinology, allergy/immunology, & dermatology colleagues
- Operate in a care model that prioritizes root cause identification & inflammation management, rather than symptom only treatment
- Thrive in a low fragmentation environment designed to improve communication, continuity, & patient outcomes
- Flexible 3–5 day workweek w/ no evenings/weekends & only very light call
- Guaranteed 2 year base, targeted at the MGMA 75th–100th%, $135K-150K+, offering stability & long term upside w/o RVU pressure
