Nurse Practicioner / Physician Assistant Job Summary
Aldana Laser Miami is a growing medical aesthetics practice in South Florida seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about aesthetic medicine, patient education, excellent outcomes, and high-quality customer service. The right candidate must be professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable building long-term relationships with patients.
You will provide aesthetic evaluations, perform approved medical aesthetic treatments, document patient care accurately, and support the overall patient experience in a medical spa setting.
Aesthetic experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate with the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Perform aesthetic evaluations and patient consultations
- Provide laser and light-based treatments for skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal
- Administer aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, and other approved services based on training, licensure, and protocols
- Explain procedures, risks, benefits, aftercare, and expectations clearly to patients
- Develop treatment plans and make appropriate recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including treatment plans, progress notes, consent forms, and follow-up notes
- Follow all applicable medical, HIPAA, safety, and office protocols
- Provide excellent bedside manner and customer service
- Build patient trust through compassionate care and professional communication
- Support skincare, treatment package, and aesthetic service recommendations when appropriate
- Work with the team to provide a positive and professional patient experience

Qualifications
- Current and valid Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Must be legally authorized to practice within the applicable scope in Florida
- Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, laser treatments, or injectables preferred
- Botox, filler, PRP, laser, or light-based therapy experience preferred
- No board sanctions or disciplinary actions in the last 5 years preferred
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation habits
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, pricing, and patient care recommendations
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, availability, services performed, and agreement structure. Hourly, per diem, or commission/incentive-based arrangements may be discussed during the interview process.
