Physician Assistant – General Surgery (Peoria, AZ)
Join My Growing Surgical Practice in the West Valley
I am a general surgeon based in Peoria, Arizona, and I’m looking for a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join my expanding practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing, patient-focused environment while gaining meaningful clinical and surgical experience across a range of surgical specialties.
Position Overview:
This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient care and surgical exposure, with approximately 60% office-based , and 40% hospital and surgical involvement. You’ll work closely with me while also developing increasing autonomy in patient care.

-Minor in office and cosmetic procedures

What You’ll Do:
-Evaluate and manage patients in the clinic setting
-Assist in surgical procedures and perioperative care, including robotic surgery
-Provide hospital rounding and post-operative management
-Conduct telemedicine visits as part of patient follow-up care
-Participate in light call responsibilities, including occasional evening ER call (a few times per month)
What I’m Looking For:
-Licensed Physician Assistant (or eligible for licensure in Arizona)
-Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
-A team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
-Surgical experience is a plus, but not required — I’m happy to train the right candidate
-Primary care or family medicine experience would also be considered a plus
