Full Job Description
We are a fast-growing, physician-led internal medicine group in the Rio Grande Valley seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in McAllen, Texas.
Our practice focuses on high-quality adult primary care with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, Medicare Advantage, and building long-term patient relationships. We are looking for providers who are clinically strong, efficient, compassionate, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients
- Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions
- Perform routine follow-ups, annual wellness visits, and preventive care
- Develop long-term relationships with patients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care management teams
- Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed NP or PA in Texas
- Internal medicine, family medicine, or primary care experience preferred
- Comfortable managing high-volume outpatient workflows
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Medicare Advantage / chronic care management experience is a plus
