Palm Health Resources has partnered with a hospital in Sacramento, California that has an opening for a Cardiothoracic Surgery ICU APP for 7 on/ 7 off night shift coverage.

Responsibilities
- Inpatient Cardiothoracic Surgery/CVICU role at a Level I Trauma Center
- 100% inpatient, high-acuity cardiothoracic critical care coverage
- Managing post-operative cardiac surgery patients
- Experience with Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS): ECMO, VADs, Impella, IABP
- Comfortable managing critically ill cardiac surgery patients
Procedures
- Central lines
- Arterial lines
- Chest tubes
- Surgical drains
Responsibilities include patient rounding, critical care management, and procedural support
