Nurse Practitioner Supervisor / Site Physician Assistant – Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
Location:

- Orientation held in the Bronx
Pay Rate: $90–$100/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Crown Heights: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Stillwell: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract with Temp-to-Perm Potential
Position Overview
A mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor / Site Physician Assistant to deliver quality medical care and oversee clinical operations within Diagnostic Treatment Centers (DTCs). This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment focused on serving geriatric and primary care populations. Orientation is held in the Bronx; bilingual-Chinese strongly preferred at the Stillwell location.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, organizational, and administrative medical care for DTC patients
- Supervise and support clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with patients and care teams
- Deliver in-center and homecare services to elderly patients
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and operational meetings
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Current DEA License
- Medicare & Medicaid IDs required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with elderly/geriatric population
- Geriatric, primary care, or internal medicine experience strongly preferred
- Homecare experience preferred or willingness to provide homecare
- For Stillwell location: Bilingual-Chinese strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and leadership skills
