A respected, community-focused healthcare organization in Hartford County, CT is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner to join a busy outpatient clinic in a highly collaborative, supportive environment. Title: Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
Location: Hartford County, CT
Salary: $108,000 – $150,000 DOE

Responsibilities for Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner:
- Perform comprehensive pediatric evaluations and routine physical examinations
- Obtain and interpret vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic findings
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and advanced practice providers in a team-based care model
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in accordance with clinical protocols
- Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing patient management
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
- Refer patients to pediatric specialists when appropriate
- Accurately document all clinical encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Requirements for Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner :
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program
- Active or eligible Connecticut Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license
- NCCPA certification
- Active or eligible DEA registration
- Pediatric clinical experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Pay: $108,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
