About Us
We are a community-focused outpatient clinic located in North Houston (77088), dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to patients of all ages. Our growing practice emphasizes wellness, preventive care, and patient education in a supportive and professional environment.
We’re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our care team and play a key role in providing direct patient services and expanding access to quality healthcare in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and follow-up visits.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
- Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic and laboratory tests.
- Prescribe and manage appropriate medications.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records (EHR/EMR proficiency preferred).
- Collaborate with clinic physicians, medical assistants, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Participate in clinic meetings, staff training, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Texas.
- National Certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
- Current DEA license (or ability to obtain).
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- 1–2+ years of clinical experience in primary care, family practice, or urgent care.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- $65/hour starting rate — pay is negotiable based on experience and credentials.
