About Us

We are a community-focused outpatient clinic located in North Houston (77088), dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to patients of all ages. Our growing practice emphasizes wellness, preventive care, and patient education in a supportive and professional environment.

We’re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our care team and play a key role in providing direct patient services and expanding access to quality healthcare in our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and follow-up visits.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
  • Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic and laboratory tests.
  • Prescribe and manage appropriate medications.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate medical records (EHR/EMR proficiency preferred).
  • Collaborate with clinic physicians, medical assistants, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Participate in clinic meetings, staff training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Texas.
  • National Certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
  • Current DEA license (or ability to obtain).
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • 1–2+ years of clinical experience in primary care, family practice, or urgent care.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
