Position Overview:
Impact Recruiting Solutions is looking for a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join a well-established clinic located in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted New York State Physician Assistant License.
- Certification: Must be Board-certified.
- Experience: Must have experience in Neurology.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating common acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications. Experience with Allscripts/Veradigm systems is required.
- Language: Bilingual English/Russian or bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach. Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including conducting health assessments, taking medical histories, and performing physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, developing individualized treatment plans under physician supervision.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies such as laboratory tests and imaging.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments within the scope of practice and state regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment adherence.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record.
