Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Integrative & Functional Medicine
The Center for New Medicine and Cancer Center for Healing, led by Medical Director Dr. Leigh Erin Connealy, MD, is seeking a passionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) ready to step into the future of medicine.

Your Impact:
As an Integrative Family Nurse Practitioner, you will:
- Lead Root-Cause Care.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify and treat underlying causes of illness using a functional, whole-person approach.
- Deliver Personalized Treatment Plans.
- Drive Clinical Excellence Through Documentation.
- Maintain detailed, accurate medical records ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
- Guide patients through their health journey by explaining conditions, therapies, and lifestyle strategies.
- Work seamlessly with providers and specialists to ensure integrated, high-quality care.
- Learn and implement in-house therapies and treatment protocols for a synergistic care approach.
- Partner with Medical Assistants and staff to ensure efficient and coordinated patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted California Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license.
- DEA license with prescriptive authority.
- Strong interest or experience in integrative and functional medicine.
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficient in EMR systems (ECW preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered mindset.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in integrative cancer care or oncology settings.
- Training through organizations such as ACAM, IFM, A4M, or similar functional medicine programs
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $150,000 – $200,000 annually
