Location: Nephrocare MDSchedule: Outpatient rounding and weekend inpatient support
About Us:
At Nephrocare MD, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our nephrology patients. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a background in dialysis and nephrology to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discuss and examine patients with a range of symptoms and illnesses.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Order diagnostic tests to facilitate patient treatment.
- Counsel patients on preventive care, diet, exercise, and health-related issues.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare team members.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in nephrology or internal medicine.
- Strong social and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient health and wellness.
- Excellent communication abilities.
Training and Support:
- Work alongside experienced NPs and providers during the first few months to gain valuable insights and skills.

Pay: From $105,000.00 per year
