**Job Opening: Dishwasher**

**Availability:** Immediate

**Reporting to:** Kitchen Manager

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at Terrace Inn and 1911 Restaurant. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

**Responsibilities:**

– Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans

– Ensure all kitchen utensils and equipment are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with food safety standards

– Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed

– Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment

– Empty trash containers regularly

– Support kitchen staff with various tasks as required

**Skills:**

– Experience in a kitchen environment is a plus

– Knowledge of basic food handling and safety guidelines

– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

– Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

– Team player with good communication skills

– Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
