Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and medical needs.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions through evidence-based treatment plans
- Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems like Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks to document findings accurately.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by managing sensitive medical records and data collection responsibly.
- Contribute to discharge planning, post-acute care coordination, and hospice & palliative medicine services for comprehensive patient support.
Skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for documentation and data management.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Skilled in performing physical examinations
Pay: $90,000.00 – $135,563.64 per year
