Overview
We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience with excavation and loading of kaolin. Operator must have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency on the job site.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment for digging, grading, and site preparation.
- Operate backhoes for various excavation tasks, including trenching and material handling.
- Utilize loader operation skills to move materials efficiently around the site.
- Dig trenches, holes, or foundations according to project specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a safe work environment.
Skills
- Proficient in operating excavators with a solid understanding of excavation techniques.
- Competence in backhoe operation for various mining applications.
- Skilled in loader operation for effective material handling on-site.
- Some mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment functionality.
