Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Primary Care & Endocrinology)Full-Time | Multispecialty Clinic | Monday–Friday Schedule | In-Person Role
About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing multispecialty medical group. This role focuses on primary care and endocrinology, with a special emphasis on diabetes management, preventive care, and collaboration with both internal and external specialists. Candidates from a variety of clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply — endocrinology-specific experience is welcomed but not required.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outpatient primary and preventative care to adult and geriatric patients
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol
- Coordinate care plans and communicate with referring primary care providers
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and follow-up visits
- Prescribe medications and make evidence-based clinical decisions
- Document and manage patient care using EMR (EPIC experience a plus)
- Collaborate with a physician-led team of providers and support staff
Schedule & Setting
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 100% outpatient, in-person (no nights, weekends, or on-call)
- Location: Based in Northern California, must be open to splitting time between our Fairfield and Vacaville offices.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $135,000+ annually (DOE)
- Monthly productivity-based bonus program
- Up to $1,733/month or $20,800/year potential
- Bonus structure based on patient volume and quality metrics

- Malpractice coverage and DEA/license reimbursement
- Paid Time Off (PTO):
- 120 hours/year (increases at 3 and 5 years of service)
- 40 hours/year of CME PTO (after 90 days)
- Paid holidays (New Year’s, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Veterans Day*, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
- CME allowance and supportive onboarding
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed NP or PA in California (or eligible)
- Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or related fields
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable managing chronic care patients and EMR documentation
- Willingness to grow in endocrinology — training provided
- Accepting tenured professionals and/or new grads
Nice-to-Have (Not Required):
- Experience in outpatient primary care
- Prior exposure to endocrine conditions like diabetes or thyroid disorders
- Familiarity with EPIC or similar EMR
Other Details
- Must be able to commute to clinic location
- This is not a remote role
- Full-time (minimum .8 FTE) required for bonus eligibility
