Nurse Practitioner – Revive Primary Care & Med SpaHighland Village, TX

At Revive Primary Care & Med Spa, we believe healthcare should treat more than symptoms — it should care for the whole person. We also offer supportive services such as mental health care, IV hydration therapy, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to give patients truly comprehensive care under one roof.

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Nurse Practitioner who shares our vision for personalized, proactive care and thrives in a collaborative, patient-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages
• Conduct thorough histories, physical exams, and preventive health screenings
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate prevention, wellness, and lifestyle modifications
• Educate patients on health maintenance, nutrition, and self-care strategies
• Manage and document care in eClinicalWorks (ECW)
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless coordination between primary care, wellness, and specialty services

Qualifications

• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care or related field preferred
• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred
• Experience with mental health management, IV hydration therapy, and/or hormone replacement therapy (HRT) preferred
• Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (ECW) strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient education skills
• Commitment to a whole-body, patient-first approach to healthcare
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
