Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA) to join our West Palm Beach – Okeechobee Blvd office. The ideal candidate will work directly with our orthopedic physicians to evaluate, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal conditions, assist with procedures, and support patients through post-surgical and rehabilitation care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct orthopedic evaluations and develop treatment plans under physician supervision.
- Assist with joint injections, splinting, casting, and minor in-office procedures.
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results as appropriate.
- Provide pre- and post-operative education and follow-up care to patients.
- Collaborate closely with physical therapists, chiropractors, and medical assistants to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Participate in case management, chart reviews, and provider meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current Florida PA license and NCCPA certification required.
- Prior orthopedic or sports medicine experience strongly preferred.
- Strong procedural skills and comfort with joint injections, splinting, and casting.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
