- Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, closed for lunch
- 15 patients per day with longer visits for continuity
- Clinic setting
- PACE geriatrics training and experience required
- Geriatric population aged 55 years and up
- Hospital privileges required
- BLS certification required
- We provide complimentary housing and travel
