✨ Your Role: Essential Responsibilities
- Documenting within eClinicalWorks EHR system.
- Take vital signs and patient histories.
- Administer medications and vaccines under provider guidance.
- Assist with procedures and treatments.
- Manage patient forms, referrals, and prior authorizations.
- Communicate with patients and families over the phone.
- Schedule appointments efficiently.
Your attention to detail, accuracy, team player and professionalism will make a difference daily!
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or has worked as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) (Required)
- Must be 18+ years old. (Required)
- 1+ year experience in a medical office is preferred — but new grads with a passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply!
What We Offer
- Minimum start wage is $21.00/hr.
- 32-40 hours/week (full-time). Flexibility to discuss the desired number of hours.
